On January 30, 2020, United Parcel Service, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing information about the Company’s results of operations for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2019. The Company also posted on its website at www.investors.ups.com financial statement schedules containing additional detail about the Company's results of operations for the same period.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. A copy of the financial statement schedules are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
