Our chief sustainability officer periodically reports to the board regarding sustainability strategies, priorities, goals, and performance. In addition, the board is regularly briefed on issues of concern for customers, unions, employees, retirees and investors. Furthermore, the board oversees efforts of management to develop our values, strategies and policies related to economic, environmental, and social impacts.

Sustainable Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Disclosure

SASB identifies financially material issues which may impact the operating performance of UPS. Our SASB report is compiled in alignment with the SASB Air Freight and Logistics standard, which facilitates comparability on topics and disclosures specific to the transportation and logistics sector.
